Sales Arborist
We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Arborist to work directly with clients to assess trees, provide recommendations, and develop proposals for tree care services. This role combines arboriculture knowledge, client relationships, and sales, and plays an important part in keeping projects organized from initial visit through scheduling.
Role Overview:

Meet with clients to assess trees and discuss pruning, removals, and plant health care options

Prepare estimates and service recommendations

Follow up on proposals and maintain communication with clients

Coordinate with office staff and field crews to ensure work is scheduled and completed as planned

Help maintain a steady pipeline of leads and opportunities

Participate in community outreach and relationship building
Qualifications:

ISA Certified Arborist
-
Experience in tree care, arboriculture, or related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated and able to manage schedule and client follow-up

Valid driver’s license
Groundworker – Tree Care Crew
The Groundworker plays an essential role in supporting daily tree care operations and helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site. This position works closely with climbers and crew members to assist with tree pruning and removal, job site setup, and equipment operation. This is a hands-on outdoor position with opportunities to learn arboriculture skills and grow within the tree care industry.
Role Overview:

Assist climbers during tree pruning and removal operations

Chip brush and process wood and debris

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Follow work orders and support overall crew efficiency

Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications:
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Preferred but not required: Tree care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience; Chainsaw or equipment operation experience.
Crew Lead / Tree Climber
The Crew Lead / Tree Climber is responsible for performing tree pruning and removals while leading a crew and maintaining a safe, efficient job site. This role requires strong climbing and rigging skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety and quality work.
Role Overview:

Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removal work using proper rigging techniques

Lead and support crew members on daily job sites

Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed

Operate and maintain tree care equipment such as chainsaws and chippers

Complete scheduled work orders efficiently and safely

Maintain clean, organized job sites and ensure properties are left in excellent condition
Qualifications:

Experience with tree climbing and pruning/removal work

Knowledge of safe rigging and tree care practices

Ability to lead a crew and communicate clearly with team members

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and teamwork
Plant Health Care Technician
Role Overview:

Diagnose and monitor tree and shrub health issues including pests, disease, and soil health concerns

Apply plant health treatments including fertilization, soil treatments, sprays, and trunk injections

Safely operate and maintain application equipment

Communicate treatment plans and recommendations with clients

Maintain treatment records and follow application schedules

Follow all safety procedures and product label requirements
Qualifications:

Experience in plant health care, tree care, landscaping, or a related field

Knowledge of tree and shrub pests, diseases, and treatment methods

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Valid driver’s license
Preferred but not required: ISA Certified Arborist; Colorado Pesticide Applicator’s License (or ability to obtain); Leadership or crew lead experience.
